- Prohibited Conduct: Misusing referral programs, attempting to circumvent security measures, or engaging in activities that disrupt or overload the platform is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Referral Program and Rank System
- Participation: To join the G2R Referral Program, users must make a one-time $10 deposit to become a Silver member.
- Rank Advancement: Users can advance in rank through referrals or betting milestones:
- Silver to Gold: Refer 10 new Silver members or reach $10,000 in total betting amount.
- Gold to Platinum: Refer 10 Gold members or reach $50,000 in total betting amount.
- Betting Fees: Betting fees vary by rank, with Silver members paying 10%, Gold members paying 5%, and Platinum members paying 0%.
5. Payments and Withdrawals
- Deposits: Users can deposit funds into their account using accepted payment methods. G2R does not charge a fee for deposits, but third-party fees may apply.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals are subject to meeting verification requirements and applicable limits. Processing times may vary based on the payment method and verification completion.
- Fees and Limits: Specific fees or limits may apply to certain transactions, which will be communicated at the time of the transaction.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
- G2R reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to meet KYC requirements.
- Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any remaining funds in the account (after meeting all compliance checks) will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
7. User Responsibilities
- Account Accuracy: Users must provide accurate information and keep it up-to-date. Falsifying information may result in account suspension.
- Tax Obligations: Users are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on winnings or gains as required by their jurisdiction.
- Understanding Risks: Users acknowledge that G2R provides entertainment services and that gaming involves risks. G2R is not responsible for any losses incurred by users.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
- Service Availability: G2R strives to maintain the availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may affect access.
